RASPBERRY ICE CREAM

Summer is coming, so it's time to celebrate the ice cream season. I started up with raspberry.
Raspberry is one of my favorite fruit anyway. I can't stop looking at it because it's so pink. If pink would have a taste it definitely would taste like this ice cream. I’m up to try out a lot of ice cream flavors this year. Peanut butter ice cream will be coming soon and then you can mix it up like a peanut butter jelly sandwich. I think that sounds great!
My mom loves this raspberry ice cream, she became addicted ;-).
ingredients

3 cups frozen raspberries, 3 tbsp lime juice, ¾ -1 cup brown sugar, ¼ tsp salt, 1/8 tsp cinnamon,
1 ½ cup full fat yogurt, 1 cup whole milk
How you do it

Place raspberries, lime juice, sugar, salt & cinnamon in a pot. Heat on medium high heat, stirring all together and mash up raspberries with potato masher. Return from heat when sugar has resolved, let cool. Stir in yogurt and milk and let chill overnight in the refrigerator.
Put in your ice cream maker and process as usual. After that fill in the ice cream in a container and freeze.

What’s your favorite ice cream? Xoxo Jess
