Feta cheese, all the feta cheese lovers know what I’m talking about, it’s delicious, salty and perfect for so many things. You can put it into salad on a sandwich, just eat it with some fresh tomatoes or bake it in the oven. There are so many ways to prepare feta cheese. Yesterday I was starving for some marinated feta cheese, so I decided to choose a quick version and it turned out so great.
Here is something for summer that you can’t diny, it’s so simple and causes an explosion of aroma in your mouth.


250g feta cheese
4 tbsp olive oil
2 gloves garlic, grated
1 tbsp italian herbs (frozen or fresh), chopped

How I did it

Cut feta cheese into 1,5cm pieces and put into a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
Let rest outside for 30 till 60 minutes and serve.

You can serve it on your party with some wooden sticks, or as an appetizer with  bread and wine.
