Yes here’s what I promised, the peanut butter ice cream.  You have to try this one with the raspberry ice cream from last week, they just belong to each other.
And like I said, now you got your frozen peanut butter jelly sandwich. I really want to do this, just imagine, the delicious ice cream in between two slice of toast or a soft bun. Guess it tastes awesome.
I have seen this on TV, people in Singapore eat it that way. Doesn't that sound great?


1 cup brown sugar
2 cups creamy peanut butter
3 cup whipping cream
2 cups milk
¼ tsp salt

How you do it

Beat peanut butter until smooth and stir in brown sugar. Slowly stir in the whipping cream and after that the milk.  Put in refrigerator overnight and process in your ice cream maker.
Put in a container and freeze.

Serve with raspberry ice cream or chocolate syrup.
