This is such an easy recipe! I'm addicted to chickpeas. I love them, they taste so dellicious and you can use them for so many things and for soup they are just perfect. I made this for my mom and my granny, even my granny loved the chickpeas.
1 onion, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
1 pointed pepper (halved & sliced)
1 can chickpeas (400g)
1can tomatoes
 ½ tsp oregano
1 tsp instant veg. broth
salt, pepper 
How you do it

Roast onions and carrots in olive oil till they are golden,  add remaining ingredients and cook
for about 20 to 30 minutes by med. high heat.

 Serve with bread as a appetizer or full meal.
